ADVANCED GUIDED IMAGERY TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION
Telecourse and Free Teleseminar Preview Call

In this five session certification telecourse, you will learn innovative imagery techniques and guidelines for the successful use of imagery for your own healing and transformation and/or to expand the scope of your practice and your work with clients. This course is for helping professionals of all kinds:  teachers, coaches, somatic practitioners, hypnotherapists, psychotherapists, social workers, nurses and physicians.  Nurses and hypnotherapists will receive CEUs. 

Topics and Activities Include:

  • How to Use Psychosynthesis Subpersonality Work to Heal and Transform "Shadow Selves," such as the Inner Critic

  • Addiction, Recovery and Spirituality

  • Joy and the Brain: Techniques to Increase the Capacity to Experience Joy

  • The Psychospiritual Dimensions of Illness and Healing

  • Intuition and Guided Imagery

  • Guidelines to Increase the Effectiveness of Imagery

The telecourse begins Thursday, February 16 and continues on Tuesdays for five weeks.  Each class begins at 5 pm PT, 8 pm PT and lasts for 90 minutes.  All classes will be recorded, so if you miss any, you can listen via recording.  The fee for the telecourse in $247 before February 10 and $277 after that.

FREE TELESEMINAR PREVIEW CALL – “Guided Imagery and Intuition” Intuition is one of our greatest allies.  As an aspect of our true nature, this wisdom is ever-present and can provide all of the answers we need to our life questions.  In this presentation we will explore guided imagery as a powerful tool to access intuitive knowing.  A guided meditation – “Intuition Dialogue” – will be included.

WAKING DOWN IN MUTUALITY

Individual Sessions and Sittings

 

Waking Down in Mutuality is an integrated, whole-being spirituality that includes body, mind, feelings, and spirit.  In this work you embrace your humanity and your divinity.  Spirit is not seen as separate from the body or our world.  Our full humanness is experienced as sacred, as is all of life.

 

I offer phone or in-person individual sessions (sliding scale of $40-60 an hour), a free 45 minute introductory session, Introductory Events and sittings in Berkeley and San Rafael, California.

 

Sittings Consist Of:

  • A ten minute period of silent meditation

  • Gazing Meditation ─ Being to Being meeting, in which the teacher briefly connects with each participant through eye contact

  • Personal Sharing Time ─ Each person who wants to, takes time to share. This can include speaking about what is currently important to you in your spiritual life, sharing an "edge" or area of exploration, or asking questions.
